At Radiance Beauty Therapy we pride ourselves on exceptional service and offer of a wide range of high quality products and treatments. We encourage both our male and our female clientele to try out all of the treatments on our salon menu.

 

Gift Vouchers

Customised Radiance Beauty Therapy gift vouchers are available for all of our salon services to a value of your choice. Our gift vouchers are valid for six months from purchase date. Gift vouchers can be arranged by phone, email, or in person and can be gift wrapped and delivered by post if requested. When booking, please let us know if you have a gift voucher in case special conditions apply and remember to present your certificate prior to your treatment.

 

 

Bookings

Bookings are preferred for all services but for those spur of the moment treatments, feel free to walk in and our staff will do their best to accommodate you immediately.

 

Arrival Time

To get the most out of your appointment with us, we advise that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so you can change into the appropriate attire and relax before your treatment.
A late arrival will lessen the time the therapist can spend with you but will still incur the full payment. Please phone and let us know if you are running late.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We run a very busy salon. As such, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellations or rescheduling

 

Etiquette

Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off prior to entering the beauty treatment rooms.

 

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and EFTPOS for all services.
